Radiation

Radiation therapy is not performed during pregnancy for adjuvant treatment. Radiation is delayed until after delivery, unless it is deemed necessary for urgent symptom control or life saving measures (i.e. spinal cord compression). If you are post-partum, see the radiation page for more information.
