About Us
RUBY, or Reducing the bUrden of Breast cancer in Young women, is a pan-Canadian research study based at the University of Calgary (Calgary, AB) and Women’s College Hospital (Toronto, ON) that examines breast cancer in young women (40 years and under) in Canada. In doing so, we can identify the unique challenges that women in this age group face and find best practices for their medical care.
